In this webinar, we discuss the importance of listening well – to not only the words being said but also to the emotion and meaning behind the words – and how such listening is a channel of grace. We then learn good listening skills and how these draw people out by creating safety, acceptance, and connection, particularly when we are also listening to the Holy Spirit.
